Training With Tashi Price

When you see Tashi Price in action, you can't help but be impressed by his skill. However, when you have the good (and bad) fortune of becoming one of his crash test dummies, you are not only impressed, you are a believer.

The first time I took one of Tashi Price's classes, it was on a whim. I knew next to nothing about Qigong and Kyusho Jutsu (Energy Work and Pressure Point Skill). After being pulled out of the crowd and my comfortable ignorance, I was tossed around like a ragdoll by a man physically much smaller than me.

To say I was tossed around is not quite fair, Tashi made me want to move this way through the use of pressure points. Through the use of these pressure points, I would move in exactly the manner he intended setting up his next technique. The pain of these techniques is excruciating, but not harmful.

Tashi Troy PriceWhen you watch these videos, keep in mind, these people are not simply being cooperative uke (training partners), they are genuinely motivated to move like this through Tashi's use of pressure points. After this session, I was determined to learn as much from Tashi Price as I could.

I have attended many of his classes and seminars since this first encounter, and I have learned that not only does Tashi Price possess these skills, he is very free about sharing them and genuinely interested in your progress. He has advanced my martial arts' skills further than I ever thought possible.

Additional Comments

I just received your dvds Martial Arts Discovery - Seminar Series (both disks).

To say I am impressed is an understatement, and I will pick through the dvds as much as possible trying to glean the techniques....

Thank you very much. If Mr. Price is reading this email, I am totally impressed. Otherwise please convey my expression of amazement....

Having been in the martial arts for over twenty years it isn't very often now that I see someone who just totally amazes me as Mr. Troy Price has done while watching his seminar series.

I had a lot of respect for those who were at the receiving end of those techniques. I was not only amazed at how well Mr. Price executed his art; I was amazed at the speed and control in which he did so.

I will order the combative motion disks immediately. I want to glean and pick as many of those skills as I am able.
