SI16 All neck strikes are dangerous, and this point is no exception.  Only to be used when in extreme danger.  A member of our dojo was struck in this point in a fight and was still aware of effects several years later.
Name Tianchuang (heaven's window)
Location On the side of the neck behind the sternocleidomastoid muscle about half way up.
