LU1 A very painful striking point.  The pain radiates down the front of the arm and can cause nausea.
Name Zongfu (central residence)
Location 1 cun below the clavicle towards the outside, upper chest, in the first intercostal space.
LU5 This is a good manipulation point.  It causes the forearm muscles to contract increasing the pressure of certain joint locks.
Name Chize (cubit marsh)
Location On the inside crease of the elbow in the hollow on the outside of the tendon.  Easy to find when the elbow is bent.
LU8 A painful point often used in conjunction with HT5 in wrist grabs.
Name Jingqu (across the ditch)
Location On the inside of the wrist one cun above the crease on the thumb side.
