| BL10 | Any point along the base of the skull is dangerous merely because of its location. This one can cause a knockout. However, if struck too hard it can result in permanent damage or death. This point should only be used in an emergency. |

| Location | At the base of the skull a little over 1 cun from the centerline. |
| BL57 | This is a great lower body point because it's so easy to find. It can be used as a dig point for grappling, or a strike point after which it is very difficult to walk. |

| Location | In the tip of the inverted "V" caused by flexing of the calf muscles. |
| BL62 | An extremely painful point that is exposed to a toe kick. Legend around our dojo has it that this point can be used for a temporary knockout, though nobody's willing to let us test it on them. |
